Below are links to a spreadsheet to enable you to input your score and time for each run and calculate the total score for your set. The grade acheived is also displayed.

This spreadsheet was written on Excel and will work on many spreadsheet programs (eg Excel and Numbers). Free apps can be downloaded to enable it to run on phones and tablets if you don't already have the appropriate software.
